Keith J Strain Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking a Life Insurance Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This specialized position focuses on helping individuals and families protect their financial futures through personalized life insurance solutions.
You'll work with an established customer base, receive internal referrals, and develop new business opportunities. With a guaranteed base salary, performance-based commissions, and hands-on training, this role offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career while making a meaningful difference.
Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized life insurance consultations with new and existing customers.
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
- Educate customers on term and permanent life insurance options.
- Guide customers through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance.
- Develop relationships and generate business through referrals and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with agency team members to identify life insurance opportunities.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.
- Achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance standards.
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated Annual Earnings: $40,000–$65,000
